Funded Programs
Recruit for a free program without free-sounding marketing
For grant-funded and subsidized programs answering to participants and funders at the same time.
- Free reads as low value, so the seats stay empty.
- An outreach plan due with the report, and no data to write it from.
- Rules about what the grant can pay for that nobody can quite state.
- Two audiences: people who must show up, and a funder who must see it.

What you get
- A recruitment plan a funder will approve, with the outreach spend justified
- Channels chosen for reach into the communities the grant names
- Participant follow-up that survives a no-cost program’s no-show rate
- Reporting shaped like the report you already have to file
- Clear guidance on allowable marketing costs before you spend

Questions we get
- Can grant money pay for marketing at all?
- Usually yes, under outreach or recruitment rather than "advertising", and it depends on the award terms. We read the terms with you before anything is committed.
- Our program is free. Why would we need ads?
- Because free is not a distribution plan. Reaching the people the grant was written for takes the same targeting work as any enrollment, and often more.
- Can you write the outreach section of our report?
- We give you the numbers and the narrative in the shape funders expect. You submit it under your own name.
