• Contact form and calculator submissions: your name, email address, organization and the numbers you enter into our free tools.
• Email list signups: your first name and email address when you request a guide, the free album or our list.
• Booking requests: the details you give our scheduler to hold a call.
• Analytics and advertising identifiers: cookie and device identifiers via Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel — only if you consent.
• Server logs: IP address, browser, referring page and timestamps, kept for security and troubleshooting.

To reply to you, to deliver the guides, tools and calls you request, to run and measure our own marketing, and to keep the site secure and working.

• Consent — marketing email and all non-essential cookies. You can withdraw it at any time.
• Legitimate interest — site security, fraud prevention and aggregate analytics.
• Contract — data processed to deliver client work you have engaged us for.

We do not sell personal data. We share it with processors who run parts of our operation: Google (analytics and advertising), Meta (advertising), our email service provider, our scheduling provider and our hosting provider. Contact grow@holyops.co for our current processor list.

Our processors are largely US-based. Where data leaves the EEA or the UK, transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the processors' own supplementary safeguards.

• Contact enquiries: 24 months.
• Client records: the term of the engagement plus 7 years.
• Analytics data: 14 months.

You can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, portability, or to object to or restrict processing, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email grow@holyops.co and we will answer within one month. You also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.

We market education programs to adults — administrators, teachers, founders and prospective adult students. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us data, email us and we will delete it.

Analytics and advertising cookies stay blocked until you accept them. You can change your choice any time via Cookie settings in the footer.
