The AI Coworker
An AI teammate in your Slack and inbox that drafts, reports and never forgets a follow-up.
The problem
The bottleneck in a small admissions office is rarely strategy — it is that somebody has to write the reply, the newsletter, the board summary and the follow-up, on top of teaching or running the school. Generic AI tools do not know your programs, your tuition, your pedagogy or your voice, so the drafts they produce take as long to fix as to write.
What we do
- Train an assistant on your material: program pages, tuition and aid, admissions policy, past newsletters, FAQs, and your tone.
- Put it where your team already works — Slack, email, or a private web app.
- Set it to draft the repetitive writing: inquiry replies, tour confirmations, newsletter sections, event descriptions, board summaries.
- Have it assemble the monthly report from the dashboard, in words, ready for a human to check.
- Give it the follow-up list every morning: who inquired, who toured, who went quiet.
- Put guardrails on it — what it must never claim, what it must escalate, and what has to be approved by a person before sending.
- Review its output with you monthly and retrain it as your programs change.
