Terms of Use
Last updated: August 2026
These terms govern your use of holyops.co and the free resources we publish here. Client engagements are governed by a separate signed agreement.
Acceptance
By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who may use the site
The site is intended for adults acting for themselves or on behalf of an organization. You must be at least 16 years old to submit any information to us.
Information, not advice
The Learn library, the budget calculator and everything else we publish here is general information. It is not financial, legal, tax or enrollment advice, and it does not account for your specific situation. Outcomes are not guaranteed — results described in case studies are those of specific clients under specific conditions.
Our intellectual property
All content on this site — text, illustrations, layouts, the HolyOps name and marks, and the album The Signal — belongs to Holy Ops LLC or its licensors. The album is free for personal listening. You may not resell, sublicense, or use our content commercially without written permission. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link.
Permitted use of the free tools
You may use the calculator and guides for your own organization's planning, internally and free of charge. You may not scrape, republish or resell them, or present them as your own.
Third-party links
We link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.
No warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Holy Ops LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or enrollments, arising from your use of this site or its free resources.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Holy Ops LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these terms.
Client engagements
Paid work is governed by a separate signed agreement — a Master Services Agreement and an Order Form. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement prevails.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and continued use of the site means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
